The Ancient Beast subset is the most beginner friendly group of cards that the Summoner's Nexus TCG has to offer. With simple effects that revolve around destroying enemy cards through battle, and a low "synergy rating" that allows them to be played with virtually any other groups of cards, this is a great place for any new player to start their adventure with the Summoner's Nexus TCG.
The Daemon's compliment this versatility with high bursts of offense and defense, with the requirement that you maintain at least two of their avatars on the field at all times.
This decklist functions by combining the versatile Ancient Beast subset with the easy to pilot Daemon subset. The Beasts focus on destroying the opponent's cards to make "Rider Tokens" to help the player in battle, while the Daemon duos focus on increasing their stats through the use of their effects each turn.
Runes like "Ancient Pasture" and "Strong Arm" help to keep your cards fighting for longer while "Time Capsule" is there to help you retrieve a card after losing a battle. "Passenger's Guide" unfortunately won't work as well with this version of the deck, but you can discard it to activate cards like "Freeze" and "Card Exchange."
You pilot this deck by using Nadia to defend yourself in the early game, along with the two Daemons in your hand for an aggressive opening. You follow that up with more offensive power from the other Ancient Beast avatars. You'll be lacking a bit in defense, but you can generate tokens by destroying your opponent's cards to make up for that until you draw the second pair of Daemons.
"Forest Woodland" is included in this deck as a tech option in case you run into a Forest Guard player, but it also serves as a card that can be discarded to activate the above effects.
The Valiant, Reaper Subset Starter Deck
The Reaper Subset is the most aggressive subset in the Summoner's Nexus TCG, so of course, when paired with the most defensive subset in the game, the results speak for themselves. The entire Reaper subset focuses on Umbrage, the Reaper, which means that the majority of your focus and strategy can comfortably center around that card while you learn the game. The Valiants have one job: making sure you don't die too quickly while you learn the ropes. While a bit more tricky to learn due to the lack of consistent protection, this deck is powerful enough to make up for the gaps in your knowledge early on.

Damien is powerful enough to stop an entire turn's worth of attacks single handedly with his "Ring Armor" effect, and when paired with "Freeze" he can potentially protect you for two turns, giving you time to draw into another defensive option. While he protects you on turn one, summon Umbrage and Cronus to start wailing on your opponent and force them to divert most of their resources to trying to stay alive instead of fighting back. Cronus will get stronger over time using his effect, and when you add Scythe and Sickle into the mix on turn two the deck becomes hard for your opponent to deal with very quickly.
"Wandering Gaze" is included in this deck as a tech option in case you run into a Wandering subset player, but it also serves as a card that can be discarded to activate "Freeze" or even "Card Exchange." Cards like "The Reaper's Contract" may be good for that too depending on the situation.
